Exhaust Upgrade

I recently bought a 2015 428 coupe, with the m-sport package. I am thinking of upgrading the exhaust. I do not know much about upgrades or what not, but the dealership said that they have the M Performance Exhaust upgrade or a Dinan exhaust system, neither of which will void the warranty. Can someone explain the difference and/or pros/cons of each? Thanks!!!!

Just to say you've posted this into the diesel engine section, so replies might not be plentiful

You might want to re-start the thread in the petrol engine section.
