M Performce Rocker Decal Issue

Has anyone else had issues with the factory or I should say port installed M Performance Decal?

I had both sides replaced under warranty at the dealership and this happened again a few weeks later after a trip through the car wash (yes, I know).

Curious if anyone else has experienced this?

That looks like it is a clear film over the actual decal. Try peeling it off

On my old car, I had the roof wrapped in vinyl, and they specifically told me not to take it through any drive through car washes. They even warned against spraying directly at it when washing at home.

I suspect an edge may have been lifted and then the pressure lifted parts of it, resulting in all the bubbling

The decal is clear runs the entire length of the panel. That was my first thought too.

Oh it's not the black one, I guess that makes sense. Usually this happens when the paint isn't properly cleaned and prepped

When I got all the ZHP options the dealer refused to put flat black one on because of this issue.

Just noticed this yesterday on mine. No car washes or anything but it does look like a small hole in the decal is letting air behind.

I've had no issues with mine even through a harsh winter. After every wash I also put spray wax on mine, and I always hand wash.

This should be an easy fix if you have a heat gun. Add heat to reactivate the adhesive and smooth it out
