Assuming you pulled the key out/shut the car down and tried to start again? Did the shop do anything to the car beyond painting and installing? Did your car sit there the whole time?

Perhaps unplug battery and let sit for a few minutes then try again? Did you even get it started and drive or was it immediate?

Highly doubt the JB4 has any issues. I'd want to know if that shop unplugged your battery or tampered with anything etc.

Good luck.

Hi brother

1 - restarted car - same error

2 - did not unplug batter yyet guna try it tomorrow

3 - the painter said car sat there all day, it just showed up suddenly

he had to take off bumper

4 - I think JB4 is invovled

because:

I try to get into the Jb4 Menu by hitting both down buttons

and it wont let me in

You said you would try undoing battery and let it sit for a few...have you? Tried uninstalling jb4? Are you able to read codes?

Painter said it just sat there all day long, but that it just showed up suddenly? Obviously it wasn't just sitting there then if he saw it show up right?

No idea but I am sure your solution involves a combination of unplugging battery and maybe disconnecting jb4. I also doubt the jb4 is bad, but it is possible. I've had my steering wheel controls (jb4 command) not respond when a back end flash failed. Try a few things and let us know what fixes it. Fingers crossed it's simple.

so the technician ran diagnostics

the intake air temperature read = -40c when it was warm outside

does this mean its the sensor on the intake?

but doesnt 29e0 refer to an issue with the charge air sensor??

what should I do??

I think the technician is going to replace MAF sensor and see if it works

then maybe we should consider the chrage pipe sensor???

seems like the JB4 did a number on those sensors?
