Short (~105m), but interesting drag race

No surprise there. With a short enough race a man can beat a horse, and a car can beat a jet aircraft. It's simple Newtonian physics. The greater the mass of an object the more power to weight ratio it takes to overcome inertia.

Found these videos a while back and thought it would be nice to make one as well...

While it may not have been a surprise, it was fun to do.

Launching the RC is not always easy either, and not all RCs can do upwards of 50mph

A horse has a top speed much faster than the human, but it takes the horse a lot longer to achieve it. Even a non-athlete can beat a horse over ten yards.

I don't know if "non-athlete" is accurate - I used to be a sprinter and my ex- was an equestrian back in school. I tried to race her horse and that didn't turn out too well for me.
