///M logo in BC?

Is this possible? I thought I've seen people say that they've done this, but I can't seem to find the value. :/ I want the startup screen in the gauge cluster to match the ///M start-up animation I have on my office screen. Thanks!

it will just show M235 by default all the time.
It's on the cheatsheet

Change right logo Default KOMBI 3000 MPM_LOGO

Ah, okay. I did set that, but I don't have the extended display or whatever it's called. Oh well.

Is there any chance in changing it to my custom logo? There should be somewhere a file with a logo itself as a image, should't it?

FYI, on my wife's 2016 228i (with the extended cluster), I was able to code "M Performance", which appears directly between the two gauges when the car "wakes up", but disappears after the car starts.

^Yes, you do need the extended cluster to get the M Performance logo to display. I've tried to change the "BMW" logo on my 2013 F30 without the extended cluster (why oh why did I miss that option when I ordered?), but no luck there.

Meh, i don't really know what I don't know, so I don't feel like I'm missing anything. I only glance down there to check my speed and occasionally outside temps. I'm never in Eco Pro, so i don't use the little "you're doing wrong" gauge. I'm just glad that on the MY16 models they filled up the blank space under the tach. The real time fuel consumption gauge is pretty useless, but at least something is there and makes it look less cheap lol.

How did you code the performance logo to appear? Link or guide would be of help

This thread serves as a guide. There are a few apps out there these days too that will do coding for you if you don't feel comfortable with "hacking" your car.

I used Carly for BMW to change that item in the KOMBI module in my wife's '16 228i, and you select which option (logo) you want. You can also use it to either turn off ASD or change the piped-in sound to M3/M4, M5/M6, or Rolls-Royce V-12.
