Better exhaust sound for my 328i

I want to change out my 328i stock exhaust for a better sounding exhaust. Any thoughts on the Remus single exit sport exhaust or the MPE?

Yeah I saw a few people getting the AA exhaust. I just wanted to know if anyone had tried the Remus exhaust because I couldn't find a video of it anywhere.

i think the best sounding (outside) single side axle back is dinan. however it drones like a bitch in the cabin at certain rpms. i'm ready to rip it out. i can't really recommend it.

the active work is the most reasonably priced you'll find but some peeps have mentioned drone as well so search here accordingly.

others to consider are borla, ARK Grip, AWE, supersprint and a few more that are ridiculously overpriced.

many think the MPE is not loud enough but other than that, it has the least complaints in all the reviews i've read, so the MPE is my recommendation.

Garage List
I can't see spending that much $ so the car sounds cooler to those as I pass by. Magnaflo sounds pretty decent and is a less expensive option (I think).

Go with Active, it is a very nice sounding exhaust that is only loud when you want it to be

If you are looking for an aggressive sound get the REMUS

GThaus would be the most aggressive exhaust I can think of

one to consider as well: the M-performance exhaust.. A lot of people seem to be really happy with it!

Has anyone here just went to a muffler shop to have the axle back priced? You can get a nice Borla on eBay for less than $100 bucks. I would guess any decent shop could bend, weld and mount a muffler replacement. Its just hard to drop this kind of cash on sound alone.

I have the Dinan axle back installed and I love it! No drone at all, and great sound without being obnoxious. On the highway going eighty, I don't even notice it's there.
