G11 - 2016's done - Here come the 2017's

Looks like no more 2016 orders. 740's are available to order now. They expect 750's will be available to order sometime next month with delivery in September/October.

No, I just placed an order last week and it has been accepted for a 2016. I wanted a 2016 due to the longer warranty. It is currently status 112.

What is your build date? I was told by two dealerships that they are no longer taking orders for 16's... Did you order a 16 750? In our case we don't need the car tomorrow and would opt for a model year newer.

Mine was build at March 23rd, 750Xi Black

My build is schedule for week 22, according to the dealer.

I would want to understand your perspective on having a one year newer car over having an additional year of service and warranty for free. In 2017 you will lose one year.

They will be the same car, so why not take the additional warranty and maintenance? If I'm missing something, please share...
