Lease Takeover: 2015 M235i Coupe - White / Red - M-Performance Parts - Loaded - $561
M235i LEASE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED! NOTE: I am still looking to transfer the lease on my 2014 335i Sedan with M Performance Power Kit + parts here: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1260518 Hello All, I have decided to part ways with my fully loaded 2015 M235i Coupe with M Performance goodies! The car is completely stock. It has never been modified or abused in any way. The way you see it pictured and described here is how it was purchased from BMW. Always garaged. All servicing is up-to-date. Let's get right to the specifics... 2015 BMW M235i Coupe Alpine White Coral Red Dakota Leather Brushed Aluminum Trip Sport Automatic Transmission Premium Package Technology Package Driver Assistance Package Enhanced Bluetooth Harman Kardon Heated Seats M Performance Black Kidney Grills M Performance Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps M Performance Exhaust MSRP: $54,200 Original Lease Term: 36 months Allowed Mileage: 12k/year (36K total) Current Vehicle Mileage: 7,400 - Mileage will increase as the car is driven daily Months Remaining: 28 Remaining Miles: 1021/month (28,600 total) Excess Charge Per Mile: $0.20 Lease Start Date: 9/25/2015 Lease End Date: 9/25/2018 Residual: $32,520 Current Payoff: $45,528.66 (Good through 6/22/16) Factory Warranty until September 25th, 2018. Monthly Lease Payment: $561.57 + Tax (My CA tax is $47.73/month, which is 8.5%. Yours will vary based on your location) NO DOWN PAYMENT!!! BMW Lease Transfer Fee: $500 (Buyer is responsible for this fee. Paid directly to BMW, not me) The lease transfer process takes roughly 7-10 business days to complete. The process time can be as quick as 5 days if both parties are quick to fill out forms, talk to BMW, etc. I will work closely with the buyer to ensure a quick and smooth transaction. So basically, I am looking for a clean transfer. No down payments or security deposits to worry about. Lot's of mileage left on the lease. You simply pay BMW the $500 transfer fee and take over the payments for the next 28 months. Based on how loaded this vehicle is, this is a very attractive payment. I love this car and have taken exceptional care of it over the past year, so I'm looking forward to sending her to a great home. The car is located in Danville, CA. It is available immediately. I am open to shipping the vehicle if buyer sets up the shipping logistics and pays all shipping costs. Please reach out to me with any questions. Thanks!
