MG - to freeze or not to freeze???

Should be receiving my car in a couple of days.
Mineral Grey.

Gonna be getting full Xpel wrap

Haven't seen any photos of a frozen MG.

Would you go frozen or not?

I was really close to getting full stealth on my M2. Then I realized how much more I can do for 5k.

If you're definitely going to wrap the full car, go stealth.

I don't see why you would ever wrap the full car in the normal. If you just want protection, just wrap the front and fenders with clear.

Not gonna do full car if its clear.
Only reason im considering is cause i was offered a hefty discount by
installer to do the whole car frozen.

How much? I was offered 5k... that's a lot for one mod. But if you really want it... It does look awesome. If it's not something you really want then I'd be careful.

He wants to see the car up close first, but he said he should be able to do it for half the normal price
It does mean however that ill probably have to show up at a couple of events to promote...

Two grand for the whole car? Are you sure that's the deal? That's like 66% off.

Better get the M2 M Performance Exhaust.

Official BMW part specifically designed by BMW M for this car. True that it comes at a price, but it's BMW quality + warranty. For sure it'll make you grin and giggle even more, especially when you get into 'Afterburner Mode'.

Im guessing he's referring to the additional cost of going full rap compared with only partial with Ultimate (bumpers+bonnet)

After seeing that pic, and a couple other frozen MG M4s i am most definitely going frozen.

Thx all

Did you keep the stock exhaust after you had the performance exhaust installed?

I agree. But I guess that is a comparison like apples and oranges

If I had the choice to wrap it in XPEL Stealth or get the MPE for the same price, I would prefer to wrap it. I have several little scratches (that come from vandalism) and stone chips on my current M135i, it's really sad. Sometimes I feel like I am the only human being in the world who takes care of other cars or things in general.

Better save some money another year or two and get a full exhaust system. I really like how the MPE sounds and looks, but I mean, it is very expensive if you compare with the hardware that the M135i or 335i get with the MPE.

Yes. It's taking dust since I took delivery of my car. Factory to dealer drop-off = 8.5 km clocked. Personally I never drove an inch with it and declined to go and see my car until delivery day, so I don't know how the stock exhaust sounds IRL.

This. In addition to the quote I already have for full wrap ultimate. It's probably less than 2 grand difference but rounding as such.
