Headrest mod

If your like me the headrest ends up pushing my helmet forward, causing my head to be at an odd angle.

I took apart the headrest, and there is a large black rigid piece of foam in there along with the soft foam. If you remove this piece, your helmet will not be forced forward, and you can have a more natural position for your head. Everything is held in by a few clips, took about 5 minutes.

The foam is probably for energy absorption in a crash. I would not remove for daily driving but for track since you will have a helmet anyway it makes sense to have your neck at the right angle. I ended up buying a spare headrest off of eBay to use for track only.
