Dinan N20 EWG Stage 3 & 4 DINANTRONICS

After a much longer then anticipated development period we are proud to officially be releasing the stage 3 and 4 DINANTRONICS tunes for the electronic wastegate N20 engine. Now those folks with newer 4 cylinders vehicles can take advantage of the dual core intercooler and big turbo and yield some impressive numbers. With increased cooling as well as increased breath the N20 engine is given new life and can now run with its bigger brother with ease.

Applications: 2013-16 F30 328i Sedan, 2014-16 F31 328i Wagon, 2014-16 F34 328i GT, 2014-16 F22 228i Coupe, 2014-16 F32 428i Coupe, 2014-16 F36 428i Gran Coupe

BMW Factory Ratings: 240 HP, 260 lb-ft torque (265 HP, 290 lb-ft Measured)

Legally, nope. That said there is very little incentive to do anything further from stage 1 without modification of the CAT since that will be your big bottleneck regardless on the N26.

Are you guys building a Dinan 228i N20 with all these goodies? Or would you use the 230i as the platform?

Just got the Dinan newsletter and notice there are tunes planned for Benz's now. Branching out...nice.

Don't have a shop 228i but we have a few Dinan 228i race cars running around that have the same intercooler and big turbo we sell to the retail public. A lot of N20 development was shared between the race shop and the performance side. Main difference would be a bigger oil pan and the MOTEC engine management used for those race cars though. The 230i is going to be a different engine (B48) so that's a whole new can of worms.
