M4 GTS vs 991 GT3 track video

Well, we know official ring times of these two cars but this is a cool video presumably in end user hands.

It appears that the GT3 is faster in the braking zone and early to mid-corner but the M4 GTS seems to pull like a mutha' out of the turn and onto the straight where the GT3 is peddling just to keep up. Very interesting.

The weight advantage of the PCar is clear in these clips. Also it has the better driver here.

Nice video of my favorite color GTS... Cannot wait to compare it to my '11 GT3 RS.

yes def the better driver in the porsche...the gets is blowing apexes and loose..

as well it should be mentioned, the GTS is a livewire....it takes a bit of talent...more so than an GT3 out of the box.

I think what you are observing here is a natural phenomenon, where the cars get closer together when they slow down coming into a corner and then distance themselves on acceleration. IMO, this is a normal phenomenon and has nothing to do with the nature of the GT3 and GTS.

The GTS driver is also "cheating", where he puts all 4 wheels out of the delimited track more than once .

Agreed.

The Porsche driver is doing a better job overall. The GTS is bloody fast though, no doubt. Flip the driver's around and see what happens!
