N54 HKS BOV feels loose?

Just installed my charge pipe and HKS bov, I installed the spring clip for the BOV and the bov spins in the flange. Is it supposed to be like this? This is my first time with an HKS valve..

Tighten the c clip around the bov some more until the bov is Fasten It's not supposed to move or spin

Make sure the C clip is snapped down all the way, and make sure that you use the O ring that comes with the chargepipe, and not the one that comes with the BOV.

I used the HKS provided O ring and had this same issue. I have a VRSF chargepipe, and had no problems after using their provided O ring. The smaller O ring would allow the C clip to properly seat. Once it is locked in, you will know. The BOV will move, but you really have to force it.

It's 100% definitely the o-ring that goes between the bov and charge pipe.. The hks one is small, as the VRSF one is a bit thicker and makes it a nice tight fit..

We are all good, I used the jewelers screwdriver and got it to seat. Thanks everyone!

Make sure there's an o-ring. It was really tight when I installed the hks bov on my charge pipe.
