A/S Tire Recommendation?
Please recommend an All Season tire. I'm replacing my Hankook Ventus V12's and looking for a tire with longer tread life.
I'm considering the Continental DWS 06. Michelins are out of price range. 245/35/19 275/30/19 Continental is also offering $70 mail in rebate. Ending today. Shipped price after rebate is $780. |

Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ Pirelli P Zero All Season Plus Any of the above seem to be top performers based on recent Tire Rack test results (June 2016). http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/...y.jsp?ttid=216 |

I have the Conti DWS 06 and am pleased. However my tire guy has been telling me that the Conti PureContact is even better due to increased mileage warranty and smoother quieter ride. He originally sold me the DWS. I think I will try the PureContact next.

Have the DWS06s, 4K on them so far, no complaints.

If you decided to look at other sizes, the Pirelli P-Zero All season + revised compound look really good, and the BFGoodrich Comp A/S 2 are really inexpensive. The Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ are about the same price as the Conti's in most of the 18" sizes I've been looking at, so that could hold true for some other sizes of 19" too. I did a lot of tire comparisons recently and all of these compared very well with not only each other, but summer and winter tires (except in ice) as well. http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1331458 I don't think you can make a wrong choice with these new UHP all-seasons. |
