“Diamond after diamond” Rolls Royce's mascot, Spirit of Ecstasy, has never looked more opulent. Already made of sterling silver, this one off mascot according to Manhattan based jeweler, Jean Kemanjian, is encrusted in “150 carats of D color VVS1 quality diamonds and some fancy intense yellow diamonds on the wings."
With a value of $200,000 the bejeweled flying lady was commissioned by luxury car dealership Manhattan Motorcars and put on display at the New York Auto Show just a few weeks ago.

I used to own a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow - people have such crazy ideas about Rolls-Royces, like that the Flying Lady mascot is made of sterling silver (not normally, though people have custom ones made, as above). I had one guy refuse to believe the car didn't have life-time maintenance.
