Wheel off set Question

Guys,, need some help over here. Is there a way for me to fit 18 x 8 with offset + 30 wheels on my F 30 335M sport,, BMW style 281.. i have 403M with Summer performance tires on and would like to get a winter set.. for tires I am thinking 245/45/18..

those will fit without issue. the stock 18x8 have an et of 34 so these will poke just 4mm more but the fenders have plenty of room for that.
