Anyone running this setup? Found a deal on some CH-R but some weird size.

yeah those are a bit strange.

I'm running some CH-R and I'm 19x8.5 +38 Front and 19x9.5 +35 Rear.

Yeah you'll need spacers for flush fitment, but those are close to stock offsets so they'll be fine.

This is a great setup if you, like me, want to avoid the stretched tire look!

RWD or xDrive on your car?

With RWD you can fit 245/35-19 front and 265/35-19 rear tires on those wheels.

Will look great!

With xDrive either stick with OEM sizes, 225/40 front and 255/35 rear or go wider with 245/40-19 front and 275/35-19 rear.

If you like them more aggressive you can always buy genuine BBS hubcentric spacers.

BBS part numbers:
09.31.371 - 5mm
09.31.369 - 10mm
