Vibration Problem

Just after some advice/opinions. When I get up to about 76mph I get a vibration through the car and I can also feel it a slower speeds just not as much. The guy who's looked at it balanced at the wheels and checked if it was a problem with the bushes as well but couldn't find the issue. He's recommended a get the wheels balanced but while they're still on the car in case whatever the wheel attaches to is warped maybe. Anyone had a similar problem. It's a 2014 320i.
Cheers

Have you rotated the tires and see if the vibration moves with it? Could be an alignment is needed or you need a road force balance.

Probably need to rebalance the tires. Do you see any bent on the wheels?

A good shop will be able to tell if its wheels by balancing them.

I would have a local shop do a rim run out of the wheels to make sure nothing is bent. Then do a full road force balance. If the wheels and tires are not out of round, they should be able to balance out properly using a road force balancer.

BMW alloys are pretty susceptible to bending - I had the same issue and another shop was able to confirm 3/4 wheels had slight bends. Bent fronts will also produce a steering wheel shake under braking.

I purchased a set of new 18 x 8 wheels and the car has never rode better.
