JL Audio Interested In Stealthbox System for BMW E92
Hey everyone,
I went ahead and I was interested in a Stealth Sound system for the BMW E92... But I couldn't find one! So I e-mailed JL Audio (I hope this isn't a repost), and this is what they told me: "We would love to build a Stealthbox model for the 07+ 3 Series! However we haven't been able so far to find a vehicle to model from. If you know of someone in the Fort Lauderdale area with this vehicle that might be interested in working with us, please have them contact me at dvertrees@jlaudio.com. We would certainly make it worth their while...! Thanks, Don Vertrees" Maybe someone wants to send him an e-mail. It's dvertrees@jlaudio.com, tell him that James************ mentioned this to you. Let me know if anyone's sent an e-mail to him about being a test car for them I'd like to know what's going on! |

The JL Stealthboxes are usually custom fit to the shapes of the trunk or some other part of the car. So if the areas in the trunk are any different from E90 to E92 then one will not work for the other unless they take a mold of an identical area.

Yeah, E90 or E92, they have neither..This is open to both E90 and E92. He just needs enough interest and a willing participant to get this going!

I think it'd be great to get it for both E90s and E92s, and if they have the resources, 91s and 93s as well.

This is BS, JL asked for model several months ago. Several people offered and JL stated they had found a model and closed the request. They are still looking for a model??? What a joke.

Sweet!!! I was just surfing the Crutchfied website looking for a little boom boom for my car. If this is going to happen I think it will be worth to wait. Please keep us posted ScheerSpeed on the progress with the E90.
