Best performance rfts

Thinking about running my 18" 437 replicas this summer and I'm weighing the options for summer tires. I'm considering going to go flats, but I haven't made my decision. Therefore to weigh all options, I would like everyone's advice on the best summer/performance runflat tire. Now before all the smart ass comments come in about no such thing as a good runflat tire etc. let's just assume there is such a thing.

I'm hesitant about going 18s all year, as I prefer a 19 inch wheel, mainly from an aesthetic standpoint, but I suppose 18s will be a little more comfortable especially with the run flats. That being said, the 19 inch for 42's that came with the car, Bridgestone Potenza I didn't really mind. I'm so used to hard wheels/runflat tires, I did have too many complaints with the limited mileage I got with them

Thanks

The Michelin PS2 ZP is an EXCELLENT runflat performance tire.
I ran these and PSS non rft back to back. The PS2 ZP has quicker, sharper steering response than the PSS. Both the ZP and PS2 had awesome traction, both in cornering/acceleration/braking. One wasn't noticeably better than the other. I don't remember wet driving being remarkably different either. Ride quality was similar as well, with the PSS being only slightly softer.

You cannot go wrong with the PS2 ZP, if they are available in your size. My experience was on my E60 535i Sport Package.

I think you'd very much appreciate the firm, responsive, but not harsh nature of the ZP.
Definitely look into it.
