In that particular picture, it's an ACS replica front lip. It goes over your existing bumper and the seller CarKing is a vendor on this site.

hey do u think i should get the acs lip for the original bumper or the m-tech bumper.

I can think of a few words for that lip, but none of them are flattering - get the m-tech, it is much nicer.

i can think of a few words for ACS as a whole. i had high hopes for the e92 kit and ended up only getting the roof spoiler.

I'd have to know what color your car is to form an opinion. Someone was up here with pictures of a similar (maybe the same) front on an SG sedan and it was amazing.
