(ACS LIP)3mm tape ok or screws necessary??

Like the title says. I recently bought the acs front lip. is it ok to use 3mm double side tape or should i use the screws that it came with???? What did you guys do?????/

I used 1" wide 3M tape and screws on the bottom.

i used the glue that came with the bumper and 3 screw on bottom because only 3 holes matched up
