245/255 winter tires on oem rims

Just wondering if it's possible to fit 245/40/19 and 255/40/255
winter tires on oem rims for the M2?

Don't see why not... The 255/40s will be a little stretched since the factory rears are 10" wide. Makes more sense to go down to 18x8s and run a square setup all around for winter anyway (wider is worse for snow performance)

I have a set of 8J x 18" OEM rims which I used as winter wheels on my F10, would these fit my M2 as well ? Thanks

It will all depend on the offset and the shape of the wheels, brake clearance is the concern when going down to an 18".
