help! 2016 f30 328i wheel offset
hello!
I'm trying to fit an apex wheel. But there are two worries in Offset. F: 18x8.5 et35 R: 18x9.5 I tried to fit the specification sm-10 of et35, but the rear tires seem to be too aggressive. With the above specifications, I wonder if the rear wheel is interfering. And the offset of ec-7 F: 18x8.5 et35, R: 18x9.5 et43 was recommended by Apex. Which of these two looks wise? Finally, what about installing a sm-10 square F, R: 18x8.5 et35, intended for lighter weight? I will be equipped with a wheel and a kw-v3 suspension. |

i would do the SM-10, 18x8.5 et 35 square for it's light weight. also, since it is new, not many will have it, yet.
square set ups reduce understeer. since your wheels are light be sure to use tires such as, michelin pilot super sport, which are the lightest best street tires in that size. continental dw are also light but the softer sidewalls make steering response a bit sloppier. if those aren't available, let us know and we can make other suggestions. |

alohasurftoad thx!
Thank you for your suggestion. I am worried about buying an ec-7 because the offset of sm-10 is 9.5 43. I wonder if the offsets of 18x8.5 et35 are also aggressive. I have searched a lot of pictures, but it is not clear with the pictures.

with ec-7, 18x9.5 +43, should not be a problem even if really lowered. again i do not have it myself so it's best if someone with similar size and lowering post here. http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=741571 http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=909786 if you have not already viewed these threads |
