Recommendation for new tires on my 328i?

Hi all,

I have a 2013 328i xdrive with the Dinan suspension which drops the car about 1 inch. My tires have started to wear a bit unevenly so I'm getting tire noise and am about to the point of needing to change them anyway (20K miles on them). I currently have Pirelli 225/45 R18 91V run flats (see pic). I love the way the look, but they ride so hard, sort of like driving on solid wheels thanks to the run flats.

What do you all suggest as a middle ground for tire replacements that look good and sporty while also riding a bit less hard so to speak?

245/40 or 245/45-18 square non run-flats for example Michelin Pilot Super Sports will improve the ride quality a lot!
