Getting 20ich niche rims what specs should i get the tires?

I've got 225/35 on the front and 235/30 on the back

That's just me though, I would match a larger tire on some 20s

I have 20" rims with 225 front and 255 back. they look good but when looking from the rear, I think that 275s would look a bit nicer

Tire width should depend on wheel width.

Have them mounted on 405 wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport.

there is more to selecting tire width then "what looks nicer"

too wide of a tire will stop any sort of rotation or sliding when cornering aggressively. tires need to be balanced to power levels.
