Getting 20ich niche rims what specs should i get the tires?

275/35 read

That's just me though, I would match a larger tire on some 20s

I have 20" rims with 225 front and 255 back. they look good but when looking from the rear, I think that 275s would look a bit nicer

there is more to selecting tire width then "what looks nicer"

too wide of a tire will stop any sort of rotation or sliding when cornering aggressively. tires need to be balanced to power levels.
