On3 Performance. HORRIBLE company.
So let me first start by telling you all my story so this is all understood.
I'm making this post to warn people about this company and how they do business. And clear up a few other things. First off their manifold fits perfectly and so does the ********. The charge pipe they send on the other hand does not fit properly. They also do not send you a relocation kit for the coolant reservoir. But DO send you relocation kit for power steering. The BOV and wastegate they send is basically a carbon cop of Tial. Just made in china instead. They actually seem to have the exact same spring inside as well. The sad part of all of this? the turbo costs them $40-80 IF that. They could of completely made a customer happy ( me ) just by simply replacing their crap China built turbo with another one and be done with it. But no... to much pride in this company. Now let's move onto the turbo... and how they treat their customers. Here's a few thread of people with the same problem an issues so you can get an idea. http://forums.corral.net/forums/turb...eping-oil.html http://forums.corral.net/forums/turb...-oil-leak.html http://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-ind...er-beware.html https://www.svtperformance.com/forum...-again.889427/ http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-foru...please.847392/ Moving on.... The turbos they provide are all China made. Re-branded with their name printed on it. If you read in their warranty statement on their website they specifically say "if turbo isn't clocked properly no warranty" ok. So let's say if your turbo is clocked 1 degree off. They won't warranty it and blame it on install. Sorry On3 but any GOOD turbo can be off by 15-30 degrees and run completely fine. As long as the oil is being drained. SO moving onto some pictures. I here are some pictures of their turbo after first start. Turbo was primed, oil pressure was primed before actual start. About 3 minutes into idle after... it was spewing oil out of the exhaust and the housing of the turbo. Moving onto what they had to say in their response to be via email. Please take into consideration that I'm sharing this all with you because of my horrible experience. Doesn't mean others may have the same... etc Just my 2cents on a be careful... and stay away from this company at all costs.

Honestly it kinda sounds like user error if you refer to the email. Whoever ON3 was explaining it too didn't know how to properly clock the CHRA. Also there are multitudes of links on Garrett, Precision, etc with the same issues. There responses are even worse.
