TPM light on, but pressures are fine?

My new to me 2011 E93 328i had the TPM light come on the other day. On the idrive menu it said "TPM malfunction". So did the reset procedure and the light went out after about 3 miles.

Today the light came on again. It said something about External Interference, then it just said TPM malfunction again. I tried to do the reset again and this time it wont go out? I drove the car a little over 10 miles and it still says TPM resetting?

Any ideas? Would the battery's in the sensors be getting low? I really hate to just start trowing parts (sensors) at it hoping for the best.

Thanks for any input or ideas.

Yep, that's usually what that means. Take it to a tire shop, they should have a tool that reads the tpms battery level without dismounting the tire, and it should be free.
