Hello! First Bmw!
Hey everyone, I bought a 2012 e92 335i BSM/ Saddle back in November and I have fallen madly in love.
This is my first Bmw and I couldn't be happier, I have wanted an e92 ever since they first came out 10+ years ago and recently (finally) found myself in a financial situation where owning a BMW would make sense. I've been lurking and reading for a while on these forums, so I figured I'd finally introduce myself. |

The interior is saddle brown, the car is an m-sport with the m suspension, the car has every option except for the comfort package. The odo just hit 50k yesterday. I looked for this car for a very long time to find this color combo with the m package. I don't have any pics of the interior but I'll post some soon ( need to detail the inside).
The car came with matte black kidney grills, but I replaced them with stock chrome just because I like the look more, and they seemed to be cheap after markets that didn't fit exactly. Thanks for the warm welcome from everyone! |

With the N55's upgraded vanos system and oil distribution, I don't think it'd really be one of the top things to jump on at <60k miles.. I've saw a few in the shop getting done and it was literally no difference before/after.. Just us lucky N54 guys who get all sludged up in there, and regain the lost power by knockin that crap out of there..

I'll read into the ZF trans thing more, because I just read somewhere else that changing the trans fluid before 100k isn't beneficial at all, and in some cases has even caused issues.. Literally just read it like today or yesterday, I'll have to find the link..
