Reading O2 sensor data

I wanted to read my o2 sensor live data. But I am having a hard time to get the INPA software as I couldn't downgrade my stupid computer from windows 8.1 to windows 7. Any other way to read the o2 sensor data? or a way to install INPA on window 8.1? I searched for a while but seems like I couldn't find the answer.

Appreciated for the help in advance!

the BT cable is an option. works on later windows versions. if you're hellbent on INPA, try a virtual machine
