Did you get your CV Joint recall done yet?

In case you may have missed this, most 2011 335d's are the subject of this safety recall to address faulty CV joints. It is Recall Campaign number 17V-067.
Look up your VIN in the Recalls section of BMWUSA.com.

I had mine done yesterday as part of my to-do list before selling ( here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1374371 ), and it takes around 4 hours to get the work done at a dealership.

The NHTSA notice says date range = JAN 31, 2011 - APR 29, 2011.

My build date was 3/2011, so that is consistent.
Since the BMW notice refers to "certain" MY 2011-2012 3-series vehicles it could very well apply to most/all 335d's built in 2011.

I have a 05/2011 Build which is very close to the specified dates. How do i make sure i dont have this recall? By Vin search only recall that came up was for the airbag.
