here is my receipt.

It says the model info. I ordered it when I had the 9500, but it worked with my 8500.

I installed it and uninstalled it so no, there are no scuffs. Its a blendmount not rims. I plug my 9500 in and it sat there for the entire time. Then I uninstalled it.

FYI...it is very model specific...the 006 "will not" work on the auto LED set up. Don't ask me how I know.

Oh ok cool, I had standard xenon. It's 006 and I used the 9500.

Just to be clear...if you have the lighting package (LED/Auto dim) then you will have the extra sensor in the rear view mirror pod so then the housing is larger and extends down farther, You must have the 007 mount. if not then pnice1p's 006 would be correct. I got the 006 and it would not fit so am making an extender to adapt it since I got mine used. At the time i did not know there was a difference either
