Which tire setup works better? Or recomendations.

I'm looking at getting rims 19's... front are 8.5 and back are 9.5 ET 35.

The setup i'm looking at is.

falken fk452

235/35/19
275/30/19

or

235/35/19
265/30/19

Any other thoughts or suggestions? Will this work without having problems with the abs sensor, ect ect.

just to clarify why i said first one its because i have a friend with that setup and he hasnt had problems, but sometimes they say measurements differs from one brand of tires to the other.

Bigger does not always mean better. Unless you have traction issues i'd go with 235/265 setup.

And no you will not have any issues with sensors as long as you transfer your OEM TPMS to your new rims.

+1. Good point.

If you are sure 235/275 will work without rubbing...then fine.

I am running 245/275 on my setup. And I don't rub unless i fully load the car and go fast over a dip in the road. I like the 245/275 for the added rim protection. But if it's going to possibly rub...then going with 235/265 is good...

The 235/275 setup works perfect on my e93. I have offset 35 front and offset 40 rear. No rubbing at all.

235/265 and couldn't be happier... Although the Continentals are sized slightly narrower than the Goodyear GS-D3s were so I don't have quite the same "stuffed" fenders look I had before.

Just don't go cheap with the tires, remember that a narrower tire can also reduce noise, tram lining, will weigh a little less, and increase fuel mileage. So as others have mentioned wider doesn't mean better. There is a reason BMW equips the E92s with the tire package it does and it's not just economics, the OEM tire sizes are all that is "needed" for reasonable street performance/longevity/ride comfort.

ill be running 245/275 come monday, i really only went wide to protect the rims and well...that fattt rear tire is nice too haha
