Minor exhaust rattle after mid pipe delete

So I just had my resonator cut out and welded shut with a 3" ss pipe - work was done by a really reputable set of guys in my part of the country.

When arriving at my destination a short while later (2 hours) I noticed there was a little bit of rattle on start ups and idling..

Now this could either be A) due to a long hard drive, or B) the valve/flap vibrating (I think?) does anyone know a fix for this? Ideally I don't want to have to unplug my valve controller again, BMW had to reprogram the entire ECU to get it to work again after being unplugged for over 48 hours.
