Is this plug-n-play, or does it have to be dealer installed?
Would Dinan's warranty coverage transfer in this sale?

Yes, the warranty is transferable for a fee from dinan but i believe it is unnecessary. In my experience, my SA has never even questioned me about it for any warranty covered issues ive brought the car in for. |

The stage 2 definitely will make your car kick you in the a** A LOT harder than stock when you get on it, gives your car enough of a bump in power to pull on e92 m3s, but when driving normally in comfort mode it would go unnoticed. And I am going for the bm3 just because the tune-ability.
