question about a ridiculous setup

I am currently still driving with my winter setup but they are bent. so my friend gave me his never used csl wheels since I am waiting for the VS8 and it won't arrive in 3~4 weeks. I am going to swap the tires I have on my bent wheels to the the 18s csl and I would like to know if it's going to work.

Here are the offsets:
18x8.5" +40mm Front
18x9.5" +22mm Rear

with 235 tires. Is it possible for e92?

I know the setup sounds ridiculous but please help me out here.

First of all...235 tires for all four corners? Uhhh...that's not going to work. And 22mm rear offset? On a E92? You're crazy!
