Have the MPE as well but haven't gotten the time to install.

Any distinct difference?

To tell you the truth its pretty subtle, with the windows down yes but when their closed not much. What I really love though is the burble you get when moving up in gears, this only happens in sport mode though. I don't know if its due to the BMS stage 1 but I love it. Still would have probably gone for a louder exhaust instead

I would agree with this review. Although, unplugging the exhaust flap has increased the sound at various stages, especially on decel, which used to be whisper quiet.

Geez, what a bummer.
I was actually advised by the seller to remove the flaps so they're constantly open.
He also had recommended me that I do a resonator delete.

Would you recommend that or should I go with a Downpipe?
Debating on if I should purchase a JB4.

Thank you in advance,
Jay.

You don't need to remove the flap, as you can just unplug it when the car is off and it will remain in the open position.

Oh, wasn't aware of that.
How would I unplug the flap?

There is an actuator/motor attached to the flap on the outside of the left exhaust pipe. The connector is attached at the top, so it's hard to see, but I just unplugged mine and taped it up so it won't get wet.
