your gonna need some pics to attract offers Scooba!
It is half price listing weekend on ebay? I just sold the missus E46 compact on there and got a good price (£7k for a 51 plate) a few months ago. Use todays good weather to take some quality pics, showing both side of the car, interior, boot, engine bay, etc.. Also make sure you include it's service history details, etc.. Put it on with a sensible reserve and see what happens - it will only cost less than a tenner and may get good results? I have sold three cars on there so far (A clio sport, Robin Hood kit car and the Beemer) - all three went to cash buyers who purchased 'off ebay' so no fees were incurred except for the listing fee. Good luck! |

Hi Carlos
From new it was our second car when we had the x5 ,sold that with 10k and 3 years old ,Bought the e9x 325d and now selling the mini to buy a golf gti next saturday .I am flying up to manchester to collect the gti as it was the only one in stock to her spec and the dog can get in the back of it unlike the mini .
How about you buying it for miss carlos. It is a fabulous example of a cooper i have changed the Bumpers/sills/grill boot handle and petrol car for cooper s oem parts from stealer pre painted bolt on items wheels have been refurbished by wicked wheels properly i must add not just the localised spray in jobby .Its just had paint correction and been clay bar treated polished and waxed it looks like new and is for the first time in my garage awaiting a buyer . |

Has it got sat nav, or just the chrono dials pack in the middle? (i.e. as it has the double rev counter / speedo behind the steering wheel).
Looks nice. I'm about to sell my wifes Mini Cooper S (2004/54, so also a facelift). |

I'd text him back Scooba, "make sure you bring the full amount, otherwise your train journey will be a wasted one". Good luck,Del boy

If his expectation is to drive it back he must be bringing a large suitcase with him on the train then. Is this normal for a private sale?

Also make sure that you get the money or the draft into the bank before you let the car go - just to ensure that all is above board.
Having had one car stolen thru a car-jacking during a test-drive, I am very cautious now with private sales. Good luck anyway.
