What remote tunes or tuning devices are out there?
With the E92. I brought the Vishnu tuning kit.
I'm looking for a plug and play solution. One of those where I can store my original map on the device or my pc. Then use the tool to plug in and upload a new map. I prefer the control of adding or removing the map when I want. I know tuning boxes are another option so open to those as well. Thanks |

Thanks for moving the thread Jason
Unfortunately guys, Burger Tuning have no plans to release anything for the 435d. Similar replies from Active Autowerke, Cobb, and other popular remote device makers. One of them even said the security was too hard to crack and therefore it was not cost effective for them to look into it. |

Just did. Got one of my interpreters to make a call and they said I could send them DME but it is at my own risk and turn around is 4 days maximum.

It's not a bad car out the box though! I shouldn't be complaining really. |

And what about MH Tronik? It should be plug and play + it activates Manhart map when the engine temperature is on operating level...

Cobb don't even have any plans. Neither do a few UK companies such as Superchips who make the Bluefin. I convinced myself there is no solution that is plug and play! However, I am leaning toward the idea of a tune that activates at a particular operating temperature. Reminds of how the E92 had different maps based on engine, oil and, coolant temperatures. Fantastic idea. |
