Wheel repair in PDX

Got a set of wheels from a friend and one of the rear wheels is cracked on the interior lip. I've never messed with wheel repair, wanted to know if anyone knows a shop that can fix the wheel in PDX or if it's not worth saving?

If you are still looking for a repair place, I had this place fix my wheels before. They did an awesome job.
