Armrest

Quite fancy an alcantara centre armrest, but don't like the matte carbon rear trim cover.
According to the parts catalogue it is removable. Does anyone know this for sure?

If it is and it will fit on the standard arm rest I'll buy it off you

The one I have has the nicer gloss CF finish to the rear. Not sure if it can be removed though?

Now I'm tempted by just the gloss insert.

Any chance of a pic of your glossy rear ?

Thanks in advance.

Wondering how it would look with my standard leather arm rest.

Edit. Just checked I don't have that extra bit on the end of the armrest so couldn't do it any way.

No need to go out in the rain. Thanks

Thanks Kal027 and UKF30

The tablet set up is working really well since getting a Samsung.

Able to throw my Blackvue dash cam front and rear through it, my splitter cam fitted under front bumper plus a load of ODB date (first clip shows DashCommand, second using OBDLink LX with a dash set I designed)

It's not an extra bit, it's just the underneath when you slide the armrest forward.

Yep, sliding armrest. Mine was sliding armrest before hand but I'm sure if you dont have that at the moment, the Alcantara one will remedy that as its all one unit. Easy to fit too.

Its in my 'parts department' with all the other stuff I stripped off. My spare room looks like the Service Dept at Park Lane. Wheels, springs, steering wheel, every bit of interior trim...

No sliding armrest.

Mines fixed ( pre lci)

Shame really as I like the look of that cf bit-would go well with the rest of my cf trim
