Lowered
Eventually got the car lowered after changing to an insurance company that aren't taking my pants down for fitting the springs.
I went for the Eibach springs in the end as i preferred the way they sit compared to the ACS (although i think the latest version of the ACS are now lower at the front). The main thing for me was that i didn't want the ride comfort to suffer too much, and I'm pleased to say i'm impressed with the comfort, and haven't noticed any deterioration in ride quality. I budgeted around £600 originally to get it all sorted but ended up costing about half that which was a bonus, although I still need to get a 4 wheel alignment check done. Some pictures, I’m still hoping it will settle down a bit more than this.

Very nice, I like how that sits.
In terms of handling performance, would there be much between Eibach and ACS springs?

Looks great, how much of a drop where the springs? The wagons look great with a subtle drop and I was thinking of fitting the ACS ones to mine when it arrives. A set of spacers on there and the wheels would fill the arches nicely I would say
