KW plug and play DDC (Adaptive) Coilovers
Before I splash out on these for my F31 340i, is anyone aware of alternative coilovers that plug and play into BMW's adaptive suspension, retaining the comfort/sport split personality selectable via the drive profile button in the console?

I know this doesn't answer your question, but, no.
I decided to go with passive coilovers as, from an interesting discussion with Centre Gravity it seems that the OEM EDC control unit is too slow to keep up with the road. I now have Ohlins Road & Track and I'm very happy with them. Very occasionally I miss the ability to select damper mode on the fly, but this is massively outweighed by enjoying the consistency of high quality damping on every journey. I genuinely wouldn't go back to EDC. As I'm sure you've seen, the KW DDC kit can be bought with a separate control unit. This may operate at a higher frequency than OEM EDC, and it can be controlled via an App, but purchase and installation costs will be higher. If you do go down the DDC route a few of us will be interested in a review

The magazine reviews of our M4 with AC Schnitzer RS (manually adjustable) suspension say the same thing. A high quality, compliant coilover set is more predictable and consistent than an electronic system that's constantly changing its mind.
