iDrive Screen Brightness

Hi,

Simple question. I can find the screen brightness at night but can you increase the brightness during the day?

Thanks

It's the same control - there isn't a separate day/night setting.

Must be different on the 4 then - mine just has one control, doesn't mention night. It's almost impossible to tell the difference in daylight anyway.

They changed it some time in early 2016 from normal brightness controls to the stupid "Brightness at Night" setting.

The daytime brightness is automatic based on ambient light and it's rubbish!

I coded mine back to the old setting to fix it. See this post
