Swap E92 with E46 Wheels

I have an E92 M3 2008 and an E46 M3 2005. I would like to swap the wheels over on the cars and would like to know if this is possible and what I would need to do, hopefully just remove and bolt them both?

The E92 has OEM 19 inch rims.
Front 8.5 x 19 +29 Tires 245 35 19
Rear 9.5 x 19 + 23 Tires 265 35 19

The E46 has 'Ebay' 19 inch M6 style rims.
Front 8.5 x 19 + 35 Tires 235 35 19
Rear 9.5 x 19 + 40 Tires 265 30 19

I appreciate any advice. Thank you.

The E46 wheels that you were looking at are for a non-M model E46 (if you decide to buy those rims you will need a 20mm spacer on the rear wheels). The E46 M3 and your E92 M3 share the same rear offset so that wheel will fit fine. However your E46 M3 and E92 M3 DO NOT share the same front wheel offset. If you put the front wheels from your E92 M3 on the front of your E46 M3, the wheels & tires will stick out past the fender.
