One thing to note is the seats we've been seeing don't appear to be "standard", its an option on this configurator.
Let's hope these are standard in the US. We got shafted on the Euro M6 seats which looked awesome compared to the US spec seats (for some kind of head restraint airbag reason) |

The configurator is also live on the Belgium site here
Something odd, looks like the French configurator is not offering the following options : - M performance exhaust .. ouch - Ceramic brakes - Parking assistant plus - M seatbelts - Bowers sound system Not sure why and hope this will be rectified as I'd be pist if the performance exhaust was not offered for my market. I think the cars take on a whole new depth in real life. I think the F10 looks very conservative in pictures, but in real life looks nice and aggressive, especially with CP reduced ride height. The F10 also evolved over time, remember those press car pics in 2012 with the monte carlo blue car on 19s with Xenons and jacked up ride height? A F10 CP w/ 343's and LED headlights looks completely different in real life. Give the car time to evolve, I think most of the enthusiasts here are sitting back waiting for reviews, do test drives themselves, and ultimately waiting for CP (hopefully better wheels) and LCI to pounce on this new car. Things like the a/c issue with the G30 are troubling and are also a concern with this first gen 5-series.

Agreed. BMW said the cluster would be upgraded (I believe) in the first model year. I personally am waiting for this before even considering a 5 Series.

I'm neutral on the styling. I will say that the M5 has always been more of a Q-ship than, say, the M3. That's always been (for me) part of the appeal.

I also remember in the US you could option black grills on the M6 configurator which you can't do in other countries but you can still buy them as a spare part - of course this costs more! |

They're the Multifunction M seats, clearly not standard.

From what I've seen, they will be for the US Market. The HEA ordering thread state that they are from both the image and in the PDF. I also rechecked the dealer HEA order that my dealer currently has in and it's listed there as standard.
