ISTA installation

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction for getting the ISTA software and getting it installed.

I’ve downloaded what I think was 4.06.31 standalone but it does not come with any instructions for installation. When I run ISTAGUI I get a license warning..

Anyone got a good source of information?

Thanks

If you get this message that's good.
You now only have to push the button "continue".
Then comes a window with name and E-Mail. Leave it as it is and push "continue".
Then comes the question for the license.
You now have to enter the license (very long combination of numbers and letters) in the lower field.
After that push "continue".
Now comes a window where you have to enter something (Please enter your home ISIS for retreiving...)
In this field you can enter the letter "A" or something.
Then push the button "Finish" and an error message occurs.
Push "OK" and the window will be closed.
If you now start again the program should work.

Thanks!

So now I’m at the next step. ‘The connection of the required databases could not be established. please check DSS #00046632N for further troubleshooting’

Just in the process of googling what this might mean, but if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the input. In my SQLiteDBs folder I have two files

streamdataprimative_ENGB.sqlite
xmlvalueprimative_ENGB.sqlite

Should I have more?

Yes, there are 3 files missing.
You need the files like in my picture (except the _DEDE.sqlite).

Excellent. Thanks! Got it running.

Have a quite a few errors from my diagnostic run, but I’m not sure if one is causing the rest..

Going to post in a new thread.

Thanks for your help.

I get an endless loop, after completing each step above.. after program closes and I open it up/restarts, it ask again for the information.

I have installed all necessary software, the ISTAGUI doesn't seem like it wants to work, any ideas or help to get this up and running?

You can try to run the RCleanerV4.4.exe and try again to start the program.
