I put in M3 ones. I was advised to not go so crazy with negative camber on the alignment. I went with -1.5° both front and rear. Part of an overall M3 suspension conversion. A straight forward question would be easier to address.

Alright lets be a bit more direct. I am buying camber arms for the rear. These are the upper arms. I know the lower arms have the eccentric bolt that allows a combination of toe and camber, but its dangerous to play around with that. Does adjusting my upper arms ONLY change camber?

What settings do you want to adjust to? I'm about -3" in the rear on stock camber arms, but I have adjustable toe arms. When I was researching adjustments to rear camber, I found that our cars have more flexibility with camber adjustments, but not with toe.

I do not need toe, i do need about another degree of negative camber, maybe even half a degree to stop rubbing. Whats the least expensive way to make that happen?

Changing camber will affect toe. First you set camber then toe. Dangerous to play with eccentric bolts? The_E90_Fan why you think that? E9TOU the toe adjustments are plentiful. Toe arms are recommended for whole different reasons. Oem flex during hard launches and acceleration with sticky tire causing excessive toe out. No other reason.
