Oil leak and smoke

Over the weekend I changed my oil
And I romped it on a couple straight aways. Then I smelled oil and looked around. Oil running down the down pipe, on the side of the engine, and around the oil cap. And I had oil smoke during idle. Any thoughts of what to look at?

Garage List
Turbo oil feed lines. If you still have the engine cosmetic/acoustic cover on it'll be very difficult to see any leaks coming from this area. Once removed, be prepared for a mess. Usually the line that runs on top of the turbo housing group, U shaped, is the cause. There are 3 lines total.

It's off and I checked that also, seems all three are good. I power washed the engine top and bottom but haven't leaned on the engine hard yet.

Looks like the breather on top of the valve cover is leaking under w.o.t.

Are you running the OEM CCV or an aftermarket catch can?

The CCV hose that comes from the valvecover to the inlet air pipe. The one that always breaks. Check to see if it's intact.

There's a video below to show how to replace it. I did mine and it wasn't cracked but brittle.

The tube is intact but there the flexible tube behind the turbo inlet is cracked and very brittle.

gasket??

thinking of it I would try to remove it and check for any blockage.... it shouldn't leaking close to the valve cover as it is should be pretty free flowing all the way to the airbox

Right, I just haven't had time to mess with it. But I will mess with it this weekend and order a pro-vent 200 in the mean time.

Replace the tube first that I linked about, with that leaking, you are sucking in unfiltered air into your turbo. Not good.

I make just stick a 1" hose there for now, since I'm going to put a catch can in.
