Unhappy m-sport power seat controls

I have an issue with the seat controls on my 2011 335i m-sport coupe. I’m pretty sure I caused a short somewhere while replacing my OBD2 port recently(without disconnecting the battery). I’ve replaced a couple of fuses and all is good now with the exception of the seat.
The m-sport seat has 4 different sets of controls(bolster, lumber, u/d/f/b/recline, and f/b(near headrest). The only ones that still work are the bolster and lumbar. Since the seat was already pretty far back (long legs), there is no way to get to the rear bolts to remove them, so I can't get the seat out to effectively troubleshoot. I'm not sure what to do next. I've been going through the wiring diagrams in TIS, but can't determine if the issue is the control box for the whole seat or the individual adjuster controls. Any ideas on how to slide the seat back with dead f/b controls?

I would say disconnect the battery and remove the seats to verify that there isn’t any more damage underneath. Maybe?
